Antikythera – mechanysm
Painting represents a mechanism from Antikythera. Sponge hunters realy found that patent at the Greek sea in 1900. I'ts about how planets are revolving around the sun and there's also a moon included with all it's individuality. Some scientists said that this patent is a first computer.
In my painting I tried to imagine one completely new civilisation, which find that mechanism from Antikythera again and now they are trying to fix it. On that patent is hidden city of ancient civilisation, little yellow robots are the keepers of a new sense or reason, flowers are strong and new mind will renew also Alexandrianian library and so on. All what's important, knowledge.
Down, at the grass, is growing a little white tree of pure mind, and also old planets are there. At the grass and on the new sky.
Patent for me is unbelieveble unit of scientific and phylosophic observing of many generations of anceint Greeks.
OK, I dedicate this paintings to that old Greeks and to human mind, to all the patents which human rase made. Good or bad, never know. I'm for good.
